If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality dental treatment that fits your budget! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also offer third-party financing options through the Care Credit system. In addition, we offer a five percent cash discount for treatment paid in full at the time of service.

We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We will submit all insurance claims for you and attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
